Commercial cleaning, run with robots · Greater Boston

The automated building starts on the floor.

We find and operate the right robots for your building: machines on the floors, our trained crew on the detail, every space ready by morning.

How it works

From the first visit to a finished building.

Four steps, and the operation is ours to carry: the equipment, the people, and the same scope of work every night, written down.

01 · Walk your floor

We walk your building first

We measure the space, watch how it's used, and map the alarm zones with you, so the machine runs inside the window your system already allows. If a robot doesn't help here, we'll tell you. If it does, we begin on a two-week paid pilot rather than a contract.

02 · We bring the machine

The machine stays ours

We choose the robot that fits your floors and your hours, then set what it cleans and when. The manufacturer builds it and we run it, which means the machine, its upkeep and its downtime are our problem, not yours.

03 · Crew on the detail

Our people do what a machine cannot judge

While the machine runs the floors, our crew is on the restrooms, the kitchens and the finish. That is where a building is actually judged, and it is where their hours go.

04 · Ready by morning

You walk into a finished space

Every morning. And once a month, a written review of the robot's work and how your building is holding up.

What we actually do

We don't sell robots. We run them.

Anyone can sell you a machine and train your team to use it. That leaves the work exactly where it was: with you.

We bring the robot and we bring the crew. The machine takes the work that repeats; our people take the work that needs judgement. Where that line falls depends on your building.

Where vision meets values

The eye and the machine.

Larissa has the eye for detail, learned across three years in the VIP room of a five-star resort. Jose builds the systems that hold it in place, after cleaning offices at night on top of a full-time job. So the standard is the same every night.

That is how we clean, too. Our people on the detail, the machine on the repetition.

Cleaning is how we get in the door, not where we stop. The automation that runs the towers downtown belongs in your building too.

Two founders. One mission.
